"Royals" is the debut song by New Zealand singer-songwriter Lorde from her The Love Club extended play (2012) and debut album, Pure Heroine (2013). Selena Gomez covered this song for the European and Canadian dates of the Stars Dance Tour.
Due to the criticism Lorde gave Gomez when asked what she felt about the latter's single, "Come & Get It".
